Governance

The responsibilities of the Advisory Board include: (a) to ensure that the Funding is being applied in all material respects in accordance with the Approved Funding Proposal and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, (b) to provide input into the specific uses to be made of the Funding, including topics for thought leadership, (c) to provide guidance on how the intended uses for the Funding are actioned and implemented, (d) to ensure progress is made towards achieving the objectives and goals set out in the Approved Funding Proposal, (e) to ensure that the key milestones are tracked, met and reported to CPA Ontario on a timely basis, and (f) to provide input on subsequent funding proposals submitted to CPA Ontario.
