Eabametoong First Nation Education Authority consists of many components, including a Board of Directors.
Under the direction of the Board are the Head Office Staff: Education Director, Finance Controller, Finance Clerk, and Receptionist/Secretary. Also important to mention is the staff of Operations & Maintenance, who are responsible for the smooth operation of the school. These hard-working employees ensure that the school is maintained and cleaned daily.

EFNEA also has a branch office located in Thunder Bay with 6 full-time time part-time workers to provide support services for our Secondary Program. EFNEA also provides an adult Education program through the Wahsa NNEC.
