Home Base Drop-in Centre
It all starts with a good breakfast.
At our Drop-In Centre, a warm meal is often the first step in building trust and connection. By meeting basic needs first, we create space for people to focus on their health. From there, our team supports individuals to access HIV and Hep C testing, treatment, and prevention—while also helping them navigate healthcare, social services, and housing systems. We walk alongside people at their own pace, offering non-judgmental, harm-reduction support every step of the way.
About Elevate
Elevate delivers community-driven services that centre the needs of people most impacted by HIV, Hep C, and other STBBIs. We create inclusive, low-barrier spaces for people experiencing houselessness and people who use drugs or alcohol, with a strong focus on harm reduction and equitable access to care.
Current Research
At Elevate NWO, we believe the most effective way to deliver services is through evidence-based practice. This is why we lead, co-lead, and promote research with our members that aims to help understand the needs of the populations we work with.
