Working Together for Change
Elevate actively participates in and prioritizes community development efforts that promote effective harm reduction, equitable access to healthcare and housing and increased support for individuals affected by HIV and Hepatitis C. We engage with groups and initiatives that share these values and are committed to building a more inclusive and just community.
