Greater Sudbury Hydro is aware of a power outage currently impacting customers on South Shore Road. Crews have been dispatched to the area and are actively working to determine the cause.

Where to look? If you are a Greater Sudbury Hydro customer, your bill will have the Greater Sudbury Utilities (GSU) logo in the letterhead and will have the Greater Sudbury Hydro logo next to your electricity consumption.

Don’t forget, GSU also bills on behalf of the City of Greater Sudbury for Water / Wastewater Services, so although you may not be within GSH service territory for electricity, you may still be receiving a bill from GSU for your water services.
