We are working closely with our three hub communities to reduce administrative burdens in primary care and create more capacity for providers to focus on patient care. This includes piloting tools such as AI-enabled scribes and introducing primary care facilitators who support quality improvement and non-clinical tasks helping streamline operations and enhance provider well-being.
