The LRCA is funded from a variety of sources including: Member Municipality levy; provincial and federal funding (varies depending on current projects); self-generated funds (i.e., Explore Card sales and parking fees, fees-for-service); other grants; and donations. The LRCA applies regularly for grants and funding for specific initiatives or programs.
