Mahkwa Lodge offers spacious and comfortable housekeeping cabins, designed to accommodate groups of 4 to 10 guests. Each cabin is thoughtfully positioned to provide both privacy and breathtaking lake views, ensuring a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure.
Cabin Amenities:
- Hot and cold running water
- Showers and indoor washrooms
- Electricity and climate control (heating/air conditioning as needed)
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee maker
- Comfortable beds and dining table
- Screened porch for scenic views
- Outdoor picnic table and charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking
- Docks with hydro sockets for convenient boat access
- WiFi available for all guests
What to Bring:
- Bedding and linens
- Towels
- Food and beverages
- Fishing License
- Extension cords for hydro access for Boat at Docks

Additional Pricing Information
- Applicable taxes extra (13%)
- Additional Guest Charges: $90.00 per person, per night
Boat & Motor Rentals:
- 17’ boat with 50HP YAMAHA, 4-STOKE motor – $225.00 USD per day
- Up to 4-hour rental – $150.00 USD
All boats are fully equipped with pedestal swivel seats and include 25 liters of gas.
Please bring your own minnow buckets and anchors.
Note: Guests renting boats without a guide are responsible for any damages to the boat/motor.
Guide Services: (Rates based on two guests per boat)
- Full-Day Guided Service (includes boat) – $450.00 per day
- Full-Day Guide Service in Guest’s Boat – $250.00 per day
- Follow Boat Service – $100.00 per day
Guides will take you to prime fishing spots by 8:00 AM, prepare a shore lunch, and return to camp by 4:30 PM. They will also clean and pack your fish for transport.
Advance booking is highly recommended.
