Chiefs Council on Health Transformation

Our Chiefs Council is made up of leaders from across NAN territory who guide the overall direction of Health Transformation. They bring forward the visions of their Nations and ensure that our work stays true to the goals of self-determination, accountability, and Nation-based decision-making.
