Our Promise To You
At Sullivan + Associates, we strongly believe that clients are most likely to achieve optimal results when they have a strong connection with their clinician. Following the first session, our Office Manager, Roberta Barrow, follows up with our clients to ensure that they were completely satisfied with their experience. If the connection with the clinician was not optimal, a transfer will be made to a new clinician within our clinic with the first appointment being free of charge. We feel that strongly about collaboration in assessment + psychotherapy/
Why Is Collaboration So Important?
Studies show that collaboration between the client and the clinician is critical for success in psychotherapy/
Our Client Care Specialists and Assessment Coordinator make every effort to place new clients with a clinician they believe will be an excellent fit for them. Given our commitment to ensuring goodness of fit between client and clinician. We invite clients to contact our office manager Roberta Barrow, at any time in the assessment or therapeutic process if they suspect there could be a better connection with a different clinician.
