B) Should I decide to engage psychological services, that those may not be covered by OHIP and that fees are charged for any psychological services. C) These fees may or may not be covered by my private or workplace insurance program. D) I authorize the Centre For Interpersonal Relationships (CFIR) to communicate with me via the means provided above regarding the services I am requesting.
