Our Support Team
At Sullivan + Associates, we have a large support team that consists of Client Care Specialists, an Assessment Intake Specialist, Assessment Coordinator, Marketing Technologist, Assistant Manager, and Office Manager, that all play a critical role in running the day-to-day operation of our clinic. These six roles must operate seamlessly, so there is effective communication between not only our clinical and support teams but with our clients. We work in a busy, fast paced clinic and our support team does a great job of ensuring that all facets of our day-to-day business are given the proper attention.
Roberta Barrow
Our Office Manager, Roberta Barrow, has been with us for seven years. High-quality client care is Roberta’s number one priority. She has a passion for customer satisfaction and follows up with our clients after their initial appointment to ensure they were completely satisfied with our service. Roberta oversees our clinic and helps ensure effective communication between our administrative and clinical teams.

Sairine Mañebo
Our Assessment Coordinator, Sairine Mañebo, ensures that our assessment services run smoothly and efficiently. She schedules assessments and serves as the primary contact person for assessment clients and third-party funders.
Katie Lemmetty
Our Assessment Intake Specialist, Katie Lemmetty, works primarily as a Psychometrist at our clinic, completing psychological testing and assessment reports with our Psychologists. With her strong background in assessments, she can help our clients to determine what type of assessment would best meet the client's needs or whether the client might be better served by accessing psychotherapy/
Joshua McFarlane
Our Marketing Technologist, Joshua McFarlane, is responsible for many marketing duties at our clinic. Joshua is responsible for the development and maintenance of our website, graphic design of advertisements, as well as overseeing our social media accounts.

Our Client Care Specialists are committed to helping our clients have an exceptional experience every time they visit our clinic. They are a warm, personable, professional team who work hard and enjoy having fun, while they complete a myriad of duties that are crucial for the daily operation of our clinic. During daytime hours, there are typically 4 Client Care Specialists available to assist you with whatever you might need at the clinic, while also ensuring there is a "live" person to talk to when someone calls.
