The Lakehead Source Protection Authority follows the same structure as the LRCA Board of Directors.  The Lakehead Source Protection Authority has additional powers and responsibilities outlined in the Clean Water Act including:  establishment and operation of a Source Protection Committee; provide technical and administrative support; annual reporting to the Ministry of Conservation and Parks.
